Check In time is after - 1 p.m, Check Out is before - 12 p.m.

10:00 p.m. to 7:00 am – is quiet time - please be considerate of others.

All RV's must be self-contained, as all sites have full water/sewer/electrical hookups. We do not, at this time, offer showers and bathrooms.

Please observe our park speed limit of 10 miles per hour. Motorcycles, ATV's and scooters permitted as transportation in and out of park only.

The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals at their campsite and for any/all damage to the park or neighbor property.

Sewer Connection - A tight sewer boot is required. Texas law requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using a threaded connector or a rubber donut

Children - We want them to enjoy themselves...but under the watchful eye of a caring parent / guardian.

No Lifeguard on Duty - Swim at your own risk. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. No oils may be worn in hair or on body while swimming. No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed in pool area.

CONDUCT - Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, drugs, obscene language or rowdy behavior will not be tolerated.

ALCOHOL - The use of alcoholic beverages must be confined to each camper's site.

Glass bottles are not allowed in the community center or in the swimming pool area and are discouraged for everyone's safety.

PETS - We love them, but they must be kept quiet and a leash at all times.
     • Pets must be less than 35 lbs.
     • Proof of vaccines is required by our insurance.
     • Owner must clean up after a pet.
     • Pets must be under direct control at all times, with leash no longer than 6 feet.
     • Pets are not to be tied outside and left unattended.
     • No pets allowed in any building or in pool area.
     • There is a $ 15 fee for cleaning up after your pet.
     • A limit of 2 pets per site, thank you.
     • Pets who are aggressive or bark a lot will be asked to relocate to a local pet boarding facility. Proof of current vaccinations will be required on check-in.

CAMPFIRES - Due to this being a residential community rather than a campground, no campfires are permitted at any time. Barbeques are allowed in approved barbeques.

AGE & CONDITION - Depending on the age and condition of your RV, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We're an RV Park, not a 'trailer park.'

CLOTHESLINE - No clothesline allowed except those attached to your RV. Clotheslines must not remain visible for more than 4 hours. Repeated use of clotheslines is discouraged. We don't allow our full time residents to have or use clotheslines.

TRASH - Please dispose of trash in green trashcans at or near your site.

SMOKING - NO smoking is allowed in any building.  Please dispose of your butts in a proper manner.

NO FIREWORKS OR FIREARMS. Guns, rifles, BB guns, pellet guns and all other weapons are strickly prohibited in the community.

TABOOS - DO NOT wash RV's, cars, boats or any other vehicles.

Please respect privacy of fellow campers and residents of the community - do not walk through sites. Stress this to all occupants of your RV.

The breaking of any rules are grounds for immediate eviction without refund.  Management reserves the right to refuse anyone.

Liability
All park facilities and ammenities of the park is intended for the enjoyment and convenience of our guests and longterm residents.  Any and all persons using the facilities does so at THEIR OWN RISK and consent.  The park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents or injuries due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unforeseen acts.
