Summit offers homesites for new homes, accepting homes up to 5 years of age. All new residents must apply and be approved for occupancy at the office.

Homesite rates begin at $225.00 for single section homes up to 80 ft long. Double section homesites begin at $275.00 per month. A double lot measuring 76 x 100 ft is capable of holding a triple section home for $375.00 per month. Additionally, water is metered and, along with trash, is billed monthly.
