Beginning August 1, 2006, residents of Riatta Village will be rewarded
for investing in their homes and homesites, and in their neighborhood.
It's a beauty contest where everyone can be a winner!

Riatta Rewards
A community such as Riatta can become so desirable that homes gain value--even manufactured homes. Its up to you!
You’ve watched us make some big improvements in several homes we’ve worked on. The age of the home is not a factor, only its condition. Realtors will tell you that landscaping can greatly increase the value of any home and cover unattractive problems. Plants cost very little, but add beauty and elegance.
Riatta Rewards will award you for getting involved in improving your home’s value and building a great community in which to live.
(1) Each month, residents will be awarded points based on the category we place their home in. Each point equals a $1 reduction in the amount owed for the monthly homesite lease payment.
Copper group: 0 points per month
(home/yard/resident is in violation)
Silver group: 2 points per month
(no violations, home,deck,yard is neat but needs work)
Gold group: 4 points per month
(Home/yard are well maintained, needs landscaping)
Platinum group: 6 points per month
(home/yard is attractively landscaped and an asset to community.)
(2) Each month, residents will be awarded points based on their involvement in planning and participating in community events.
Planning and Sponsoring Event: 3 points
Attending & Participating in Event: 1 pt
The more community events you plan and participate in, the more points you can earn.

Riatta Referrals
Do you have opportunities to attract people to your neighborhood? What about the bulletin board at work? What about places you shop or clubs you’re a part of? Start a “Come Live in My Neighborhood” campaign, making flyers based on your own testimony of living in this community, and information you can get from our brochures and this web site.
When someone moves into Riatta Village who you referred, you will receive one full month’s homesite payment FREE! When new people come into the office, we ask them, “How did you hear about us?” When they give your name, we make note. If they are approved and move into the neighborhood, you will receive a site rent credit the first month after they move in.
This offer does not apply to rental homes not owned by Riatta Village or its owners.
Resident Awards (Click here for more info)
You get to choose the recipients for the following awards by voting in the office or on the web site each month. Each award winner will receive ONE FULL MONTH’S SITE RENT.
Biggest Improvement Award: This is the home that has made the biggest improvement in the appearance of the home and homesite in the last 30-90 days.
Yard of the Month: This is for the homesite that is not only attractive, but regularly maintains itself in an attractive manner. (A home can only be selected once every 6 months.)
Most Helpful Neighbor: What neighbor goes out of his/her way to help? Maybe someone needs help painting their home or reskirting a part that blew off. Maybe a neighbor is sick and needs food and care. Who would you pick? |
