Come Live in My Neighborhood!

This is a referral reward given to residents who go out and bring people into this community and help us fill our vacant lots with good people. Residents need to get together and create a “Come Live in My Neighborhood” campaign, making flyers and handing them out around town.

Give one to your dentist, your doctor, your grocer, your pastor. These are people who rub shoulders with a lot of people who may be looking for just what we have to offer. Make sure they know that the person has to tell us your name when we ask, “How did you hear about Riatta Village?” If they give your name and they move into Riatta Village, you will receive 1 month’s FREE lot rent the first month they pay lot rent.
