Automatic Lease Payments
The Recurring Billing feature enables you to set up Automatic Payments on a schedule or recurring date and not have to worry about making your payments. You can set up automatic payments that are automatically withdrawn from your bank account or from your credit card, so that you never have to risk late payments. You can also receive an email reminder whenever a payment is scheduled to be taken from your account to avoid an insufficient funds situation.
To cancel an automatic payment, notify the community manager in writing or in person. Phone requests could come from anyone and would compromise your payments.

Electronic Check Processing
