It's easy and convenient to pay by credit card. You can use your Mastercard or Visa Card.

After the 5th (or after the 20th if paying twice a month):
• Pay the balance due on your current month's invoice at any time, day or night.
• Pay your balance due from anywhere in the world where you have internet access.
• Pay your balance due, avoiding additional late fees,
even if you haven't received your paycheck yet.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is there a fee?
No, there is no fee at this time. However, credit cards are to be used for late payments ONLY! Those are payments we receive after the 5th of the month, or after the 20th (for those making two payments per month). Late fees are assessed at $5.00 per day, thus making your payment with credit card is important to avoiding additional late fees. Your account will be assessed a late fee at whatever time in the month you pay with credit card, as credit card usage is for late payments only.
2. When will my payment be credited to my Riatta account?
Your credit card payment must reach our processing center by 3 pm on any given day to be effective the following business day. Payments made after that time of day will not be processed until the following day and thus they will not be received by the community for 2 days after you make it.
You must be aware of this in choosing to make your payment online. We run Unpaid Account reports on the first business day after the 5th and you will be charged late fees if your payment has not been received. We will be lenient for the first few months while we all get used to using online payments.
3. What if I change my mind after I make the charge?
If you pay your balance due by credit card and later reverse the credit card transaction, you will be subject to late charges and fees, plus a penalty in the amount of 3% of the amount of your original charge. 3% of $200.00 is $6.00.
